Trellis “Spring Cleaning” Agreement

This is a fixed-scope, high-impact package designed to elevate your digital presence. This package includes: 

A Technical Tune-Up: Trellis will perform a technical audit and cleanup, including testing links and buttons, fixing broken links, updating outdated information, and removing any placeholder text. A summary of all technical edits made will be provided upon completion.

A Webpage Redesign: A complete visual transformation of one page of your choosing (e.g., Home Page, Services, or Booking). This focus includes:

  • Enhanced User Experience (UX) and layout structure.

  • Improved readability and modern aesthetic across both desktop and mobile views.

  • Strategic messaging tweaks on headings and sub-headings to better guide the reader and improve conversion.

  • Basic SEO metadata updates (Title/Description) for the selected page to ensure it represents your brand accurately in search results.

Project Scope

Trellis moves fast, and we need your help to do it! To ensure your project is completed in a single dedicated week at the $500 price point, the following timeline is required:

  • Booking: Clients must secure one specific week (Monday - Friday) in May. Only two slots are available per week.

  • Materials: All necessary logins, high-resolution logos, and images must be provided to Trellis by 5:00pm on the Friday prior to your scheduled week.

  • Initial Reveal: Trellis will provide a preview link of the redesigned page by 5:00pm on Thursday of your secured week.

  • Edit Window: Client is entitled to one round of consolidated, quick visual edits. These feedback items must be submitted by Friday morning to ensure project completion.

  • Handover: Final edits and site "handover" will be completed by 5:00pm on Friday.

Timeline & Client Responsibilities

Creative Partnership & Portfolio Growth

Trellis exists to uplift businesses like yours. By allowing me to share our work, you’re helping me reach more community-focused shops looking for a digital hand. By signing this agreement, the Client grants Trellis permission to:

  • Display the Client’s logo on the Trellis website.

  • Use "Before & After" screenshots of the project for case studies on the Trellis website and LinkedIn to showcase the transformation.

  • Request a brief written testimonial upon successful completion.

Payment

The total payment for this package is $500. 

Deposit: A non-refundable commencement fee of $250 is due to secure your spot in the production calendar.

Final Payment: The remaining $250 is due upon delivery of the refreshed page

Termination & Exclusions

This agreement covers one webpage chosen by the Client. Additional pages or deep technical troubleshooting (e.g., fixing broken custom code or e-commerce checkout logic) are outside this scope and will be quoted separately.

Either party may terminate this agreement if the other party fails to meet their obligations, though the initial deposit remains non-refundable to cover the audit time.
