The Challenge

Caden was confident that his clients were happy with their service and were re-buying packages after finishing them. The reality was a disconnect between his belief and what the data was saying. While clients were indeed renewing, they were not doing so at the expected pace, and Caden needed to understand why.

The Solution

We jumped into the data that was already being collected and created a custom report. By analyzing each client's session dates, we were able to calculate the average time it took for a client to complete a package. The results were surprising: clients were taking an average of three months to complete a package designed for one month. 

The Result

The data gave Caden a clear path forward. We were able to push out targeted marketing materials about the benefits of consistent training. To address the fundamental issue of renewal, we were able to change his pricing structure to a monthly package. This new structure better reflected the client's behavior and helped his business thrive.
