Building A Smarter System To Save Time And Gain Insights
The Challenge
Caden was spending a substantial amount of time each month manually tracking his client outreach, but the process was starting to feel pointless. He was creating a new spreadsheet tab for every month, meaning he couldn't get a full view of his sales funnel. He was losing valuable time and was unable to get any meaningful insights from the data he was collecting.
The Solution
We partnered with Caden to create a more efficient and insightful system. We consolidated his tracking to a single sheet, where each potential client had their own line. We also added automated formulas that tracked the dates of his outreach with a simple click. This new system saved him time by eliminating the need to re-enter client's information each month and allowed the data to travel with the individual.
The Result
Caden not only gained back a substantial amount of time each month but was also able to finally learn from the data he was collecting. We quickly uncovered a key insight: nearly everyone who converted did so on the first or second outreach. This finding allowed Caden to change his strategy—he could either save his time by no longer doing 3+ follow-ups or adapt his later outreach tactics to be more effective.
